A BiLevel is an imperative medical device for patients with central sleep apnea. The Bilevel can solve the problem of temporary loss of breathing or decreased breathing ability of the patient, assist the patient to relax and expand the chest cavity, and maintain basic breathing movements, which are suitable for patients with mild to severe sleep apnea.
The dual-pressure ventilator is different from other positive-pressure ventilators. The dual-pressure ventilator supplies two large-volume air pressures during the patient’s inhalation and exhalation periods, respectively, to assist the chest cavity to maintain a basic contraction and expansion action to prevent suffocation.
Our Hoffrichter and DeVilbiss BiLevels are equipped with a high-tech monitoring system that allows you to access sleep and breathing data online or using the SD Card, as well as charts and reports for detailed analysis of your data. The device is small, easy to place at home, and the bottom is equipped with a non-slip mat, so you don’t have to worry about the device moving during use.
A BiLevel requires a doctor’s prescription before it can be used.
