The tender involves 4 units of Nonin Avant 4000 bluetooth oximeter, which are used in the largest Developmental Disabilities Unit (Project Sunshine) in Hong Kong.
The Nonin Avant 4000 bluetooth oximeter provides wireless monitoring by incorporating the use of advanced bluetooth technology into the system. Nonin is the only manufacturer in the market which can produce an oximeter model with bluetooth technology. At the moment, there is no competitor that can offer similar products to compete with Nonin Avant 4000.
